IT’S HARD TO LOOK AT YOU
It’s hard to look at you, my friend, knowing that right now you do not know Him. I could cry at the loss of that time and the not knowing if you ever will. Hopefully one day you may. So I wish that you would meet Him. He’s wonderful and always there to listen, actually He’s my best friend and He is the kindest of any I’ve met. I’ve tried to tell you about Him in many ways and even tried to show you Him, but you’ve always turned away. I try to act like Him and I fail sometimes, so forgive me for that. I hope it doesn’t cause you to stumble because of my actions. That would be the last thing I would want for you and myself.
There are so many things that keep you from Him. Things that you think are good right now and may be friends, but in the end you may find out they were not.
I hope that would not be so. How can I get you to listen and see all that He does is good and He has only the best for you? I could not bear to hear that you never met Him even after I may have gone. I see your face, it is the face of one I love and such a plan He has for you, such a purpose. There are those I see also when I look into their face, I wonder if they know Him? Crowds of people sometimes busy with life and the daily things that enter into their surroundings. Where are they all heading? What road are they traveling and do they know where they are going? Every step of the way He is right beside you and them, waiting for you to turn your face to Him and recognize your best friend. I don’t know what to do to get your attention. If I laid before you all the gifts He came to bring to you, would you pick them up and receive them? If He invited you to His palace and brought you to see His kingdom, would you want to stay? If He offered you His very best, a most priceless stone, would you take it?
He has an ambassador who He left to encourage you to recognize Him, but you have to listen and open your heart and mind to Him. Haven’t you ever wondered if there was more to life than what you are living? Something or someone special that would make everything seem all right and would bring peace to those things that trouble you?
If you love me or even if you don’t, wouldn’t you like to take an easy test to see if there really is such a person who would do anything for you? Even give their life for you?
It’s easy and I will ask His ambassador to touch your heart as you ask your self these questions, “Is there really more than this? Is there a supreme being, a God that really cares about me? Is there something beyond this life?” If you are the brave curious soul that I think you are, ask my friend to show and prove Himself to you. He will, and you will never be more thankful that you did. Also, because I love you so much, I want to spend the rest of my life sharing Him with you and being with you too through out all eternity.
I could not bear to not see you there in His Kingdom that He prepared for you before the foundations of the earth. If you do not meet Him, my heart weeps even as I’m writing this. There is another road that leads to destruction and pain that is never ending. No relief for you and I cannot bear the thought of you there. As a favor, ask Him to answer these questions and He is more than willing to have you meet Him. I will rejoice with you and you would be giving the greatest gift to Him, yourself, and to me you would be giving the blessing to know that you know This Jesus Christ who came as a lover of our souls.
He is the most precious stone that His Father gave away to set us free.

Letter from the Manager
The Holy Bible begins with the words, “In The Beginning God......”
For the Christian believer, God is the beginning of all things, the end of all things and, for that matter, all that comes between. It was so for those who, being led by the Holy Spirit, purposed to build the first Christian radio station for the Northland. The year was 1958 (fifty years ago) as collective hearts were being stirred for this cause, but it was not until 1963 (forty five years ago) when WWJC took to the airwaves as the Northland's first Christian radio station that the hopes and dreams of these pioneers were realized...
Forty five years has passed since that momentous day. Thousands upon thousands of hours of ministry by radio has touched countless numbers of people for the cause of Christ, bringing His message of love and hope for daily living.
We pause during this anniversary year to praise God for what He has done. We thank Him and those who yielded to the prompting of the Holy Spirit to bring this radio ministry to fruition, and also those who by prayer and supplication have sustained the outreach for the past 45 years, fulfilling the purpose stated by Apostle Paul (2 Cor. 6:1) “Working together with Him (Jesus)". “In the knowledge that unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” (Ps. 127:1)
All of us at the radio station thank you sincerely for your partnership and encourage you to encourage others to listen to AM 850.
Praise be unto God, who gives the victory through Jesus Christ! Thank you for being there, united as one in the battle for the heart, soul and mind of a lost and hurting world.
In His Service,
Ted Elm, Manager
